Welcome to Nesialand Institute.

 

We are Michael and Skye Ruahe from Tropical    North Queensland. 

Now I’m guessing your first question is, “What is Nesialand Institute?”. 

Well, the name Nesialand Institute represents who we are.  My husband Michael is a musician and Nesialand is his passion. When we started our family, we have 3 beautiful boys, his passion for music took a back seat as his priorities had changed. Michael was working long hours in the Airline Industry, shift work. Plus playing in bands during his time off, to make ends meet. I was at home raising our young family. I think many of us, share similar stories. I have to admit, I was concerned. Michael loved his boys, his family; but the passion for the music had stopped.

The time came for us to go back to having two incomes, but we were also dealing with medical issues with our eldest son. This was affecting not only his wellbeing, but also his education. He had sleep apnea and his hearing was impaired. After many, many visits with Medical Practitioners, we finally discovered what was causing it and the surgery required. After the surgery, he was sleeping peacefully and his hearing had improved. But having spent the first 6 years of his life not hearing correctly, meant he had to relearn sounds. He still has difficulty separating the sound of someone talking to him and the sounds surrounding him. He was also behind at school and fell into a loophole that excluded him from extra help with Qld Education. It was 12 months after his surgery, when we came to the conclusion that we needed to do something to help him. We decided that we had to homeschool him and his younger brother, who was just starting school. But how were we going to afford to keep one parent home to educate our children. We knew what we had to do, but didn’t know how to do it.

Then my husband saw “the ad”. It had him intrigued enough to show me. Not only was it describing a lifestyle that we wanted for our family. It was also in the Personal Development Industry, which we were already interested in. So Nesialand Institute was born, the business and our boys’ homeschool.

Where are we now? The house is full of music again. Our boys are not only enjoying homeschool, but are succeeding in ways that we honestly didn’t foresee. We even use what we have learnt about personal development in our boys’ lessons. We are currently planning our next move, it’s time to leave the town that we had made our home due to where our employment was located. Our next home town is going to be chosen by, where we want to raise our family. So, some travel is on the cards.

You would also have at least a couple of hours a day to dedicate to your business.

It is also imperative that you follow simple directions.

We have been taught a success formula that we will teach you, but it is up to you to action the formula.
